CurrentCraving is a food discovery and order-ahead service operated by APT Enterprises LLC (the legal entity; "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our website, ordering, SMS order-notification service, and (only with your separate opt-in) marketing.
When you place an order through a kitchen's CurrentCraving menu, we collect the information you provide — an optional pickup name, your mobile phone number, order details, and any note you add — and the status of that order. If you separately opt in to marketing, we also record that opt-in, the exact consent wording you were shown, and its date and time.
We use your order information to process your order and to send you order-status text messages (for example, that your order is ready for pickup) from the kitchen you ordered from, through CurrentCraving. We use marketing information only if you give separate marketing consent, as described in "Marketing messages and advertising" below. We do not use your information for marketing without that separate consent, and marketing consent is never required to order.
When you place an order, you consent to receive order-status SMS messages from CurrentCraving (APT Enterprises LLC) at the mobile number you provide — for example, that your order is ready for pickup. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies (typically one message per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
The mobile number and consent you provide for order-status texts are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This order-status opt-in data is used only to deliver your order-status messages.
Separately, and only if you check the marketing opt-in box at checkout, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages (deals and new items) from the kitchen you ordered from and from other CurrentCraving kitchens (APT Enterprises LLC), at about two messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. This marketing consent is separate from ordering, is never required to order, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
If you give this marketing consent, you also agree that we may use your name and mobile number, including in hashed form, to reach you with offers across other channels — including uploading it to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to build custom or matched audiences so we can show you relevant ads. We do not sell your information for money. You may opt out of marketing at any time (reply STOP), which also removes you from future advertising-audience uploads.
We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We share your order details with the kitchen you ordered from so they can prepare and hand off your order, and with the service providers that operate our infrastructure — hosting and SMS delivery — only to the extent needed to provide the service described here. If, and only if, you opted in to marketing, we may also share your contact information with advertising platforms as described in "Marketing messages and advertising" above. Under some state privacy laws this advertising use may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us below.
We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
